I just wanted to post this 5 second video showing the setting of the 6″ steel posts that are on the corners of the houses. Almost every builder and framer would only use wood or laminated posts for this application, but our engineer wanted to design these houses to last and specified a good amount of steel to be used to reinforce the wood framing.
